SUMERNET 4 All: Project Profiles (2019-2023)
This publication presents summary profiles of SUMERNET 4 All projects from 2019–2023, covering collaborative research, groundwater assessment, joint action, COVID-19 emerging research, and rapid response research. The projects address water insecurity across the Mekong Region through research on water access, governance, hydropower, wetlands, groundwater, climate risks, flood management, livelihoods, and social inclusion.
