Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026

Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW) is a regional climate gathering activating the power of people to drive transformative change. BKKCAW will take place from 3 to 11 October 2026.

What is BKKCAW?

Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW) provides a platform for citizens, creatives, communities, and institutions to come together in new ways, celebrating local leadership and collective imagination to shape a climate-safe, inclusive future for Southeast Asia.

Objectives

• Activate: Empower local actors and citizens to realise their potential as climate agents.
• Connect & Collaborate: Connect local and regional actors, initiatives, and solutions. Foster collaboration, learning, and co-creation of transformative climate solutions between cities across Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrate: Showcase the “whole-of-society” engagement required to deliver deep decarbonisation and climate resilience.
• Shape: Advance new climate narratives that are hopeful, empowering, and inclusive, underscoring choice, shared responsibility, and collective agency.
