  • Ms. Elazegui obtained a Master’s degree in Technology Policy and Innovation Management from Maastricht Economic Research Institute on Innovation and Technology in the Netherlands. She also holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Development Economics from the Australian National University. She attended the Summer Certificate Course on Sustainable Environmental Management at the University of California-Berkeley under the Beahrs Environmental Leadership Program. She has A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, major in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

  • Dr. Bernadette (Babette) P. Resurrección is a Senior Research Fellow at the SEI Asia Centre.   She has researched gender, livelihoods, climate change adaptation, migration, and natural resource management in Cambodia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Apart from book chapters and scientific papers in journals, she has co-edited Gender and Natural Resource Management: Livelihoods, Mobility and Interventions (Routledge, 2012) and Water Rights and Social Justice in Mekong Waters (Routledge, 2011).
